Shots from another commission I’ve been working on – this one has been a challenge!! I rarely paint skylines/cityscapes. Baltimore has been on my bucket list, but the palette of the Inner Harbor is especially drab and the reference photo from which I’m working is a weird one. here you can watch me play the patience game as I layer color on the water.
