WELCOME TO THE “WORKS IN PROGRESS” SECTION!
Here is where I’ll be posting process shots and documenting progress for various ongoing projects. This is new for me! I’m not big on studio visits (no one needs to see my mess), and I typically keep whatever I’m working on pretty close to the heart until it’s finished – generally no one knows I’m working on something until I share it.
That said, it’s kinda exciting to have supporters who’d like to see how things are going; this page is for patrons only, and will be frequently updated with new photos and videos from current works. Please note: certain WIP documentation can only be accessed by certain tiers; clearance will be noted at the top of the post 😉 I don’t like splitting up the party, but I have to keep some things sacred. Anyway, there will always be stuff that NONE of you know about 😀 all I ask is that you don’t share or leak anything! it’s just rude!

[PAINTINGS]
• COMMISSION: BAY PAINTING [everyone]
Been working on this commission pretty steadily for the last month. It’s an oil painting, 24″ x 36″. The reference photo from which I’m working shows a bright and misty day on the bay, with tall clouds on the horizon fogging everything over nicely – I’ve been patiently trying my best to capture the mist/fog-like qualities of the clouds; it’s a very time consuming process, but also meditative to me – usually my favorite part of making a painting like this.

Hidden bonus: Audio is an excerpt from new track “dreamrepeater”, from upcoming ms. magic record, “RADIO_SILENCIO”. I’m excited about this one… “dreamrepeater” is just one part of a 4-part song. hope ya like it! full track and more on the way!
